Fantastic stay! The room was clean and comfortable, but what made it truly special was the outstanding service from front desk staff, Navdeep. He was warm, professional, and went out of his way to help with every request. The Grotto spa experience was great as well.

The balconies were nice, the overall facility was nice, the spa was excellent, and it is very understandable why this is a popular place! It's expensive but what isn't these days! WARNING ⚠️ One thing that really bothered me was the amount of spiders & spider webs surrounding the bedposts, and throughout the facility (i.e., light fixtures in the dining room, cobwebs

The room is clean and spacious. Parking space is in front of our room. Very quiet and pleasant place to relax. Staffs are friendly. Grotto spa is nice and clean. If you’re interested to take the dine in package, make sure your robe is dry because it will take you 1 1/2 hrs to finish the whole small serving course.

Beautiful wooded property on the water. Our room had an ocean view. The rooms are in many smaller buildings scattered through the property. It is large enough that we drove back to the main building for dinner.
