First Summer Weekend in Nantucket

From information ahead of arrival to check in to hotel shuttle service and the too quick end to our weekend, the staff and accommodations were perfect. Friendly check in, helpful concierge information and great shuttle service met or exceeded everything we could've asked for. Even took advantage of the outdoor pool for some down time relaxation. Would highly recommend this spot to all.

The resort room we had a leak from ceiling in our bathroom. They quickly changed room and replaced damaged items and gave us free breakfast. We were happy with the corrections and would stay again. Claira at front desk was very friendly. The property was clean and food was good.

Great amenities - tight rooms

Staying on Nantucket for the first time in a hotel and the Nantucket Inn met our expectations. The amenities are great and well maintained (clean et al). The staff is professional and friendly. The only drawback is the room itself - it’s just incredibly tight for a family like mine. There’s really just two beds, a chair and a small console for clothes. My wife, myself and our sons 7 & 6 were literally on top of each other while in the room. It didn’t matter much because we were fortunate to have good weather so we spent the days outdoors!

The place is coastal beauty all the way!!! It was a 5 minute walk from the airport! Shuttle transportation made it so easy to go into town and to visit sconset! Overall great experience for my girlfriend' weekend!

I liked everything the cafe food was great, very welcoming and friendly staff , all the staff were very good easy to talk to and very professional. David the chef was my favorite ❤️ Room was very clean, housekeeping top notch they know their job well. Transportation was great, friendly drivers it was so convenient to get around, no problem with internet, everything was excellent. Will go back again.

Beautiful property, thin walls

We stayed at Nantucket Inn for two days. The property is newly remodeled and beautiful. Check in was quick. Service good. Only issue was thin walls. A group of young women were in the room next two us. They were very noisy (partying after the bars closed). It was loud. Good news is that when I complained to the front desk, the staff intervened right away & addressed the problem. We would definitely stay again.
