Nice hotel. Issue was with the room we paid for and the room we actually got. Not as pictured. We paid for upgraded room and was disappointed with the balcony that was supposed to be glass and upper floor for views. Splurged for our 30 year anniversary and got a room with the balcony that was cut off from views. Bed was too soft and pillow were terrible. Stayed at many 4-5 star hotels and this was not a great experience for the money. This was just our experience and I am Sure others who got the rooms with great marketing pics enjoyed their views.

Great stay here are the Archer Napa location, the balcony with the fireplace was awesome. The on-site restaurant, Charlie Palmer, may also have been one of the best dinners we had on the trip!
