A true B&B experience. Breakfast was perfect (yogurt, omelet, waffles, fruit, juice, coffee), and unfortunately we missed cookie time while we were there. The rooms were adorable, the AC worked great. Plenty of parking. Staff was wonderful, we arrived around 1pm and planned to drop our luggage off while we explored but luckily our room was ready and we were able to check in early (w no extra charge). Cute backyard/patio area with a hot tub. 20 minute walk to the outlet malls, and short 10-15 to nearby wine tastings. Highly recommend this place! My favorite accommodation on a 2.5 week vacation I took!

A Lovely Inn in the heart of Napa.

Elm House is a quaint inn in the heart of Napa. It’s is quiet, has outdoor seating and is updating its outdoor space to make it more inviting. Our room was large and comfortable, the breakfast was of average hotel fair, but was tasty. The hot tub area was clean. The staff was friendly, gave us great recommendations for food and were genuine & kind to talk with. I highly recommend this Inn.

Quaint Inn near Napa Downtown

Wonderful staff. Breakfast was fresh and had a variety of options. They have a beautiful courtyard to sit and enjoy wine or games in the afternoon. It was perfect after a long day of wine tasting.

It was quaint and perfect Maybe a 20 min walk to downtown but on a nice day no bother Breakfast was nice and the shared space delightful. I didn’t get to enjoy the outside area due to time, but it was lovely and there was a nice hot tub.
