The design, the activities, the outstanding effort of the staff to make everyone happy and feel special. Everything amazing except passive agressive baristas at the cafe part, sorry but I had to tell that. But even the bad vibes there weren’t enought to take off any points. Definitely will visit again! Super lovely place

Stanly is amongst the best resorts we have ever staying in. The spa has a salt water pool and a pressure chamber. Very unusual and a salt room. All very relaxing and unique. Great staff. Walk you through the whole experience.

The shower has no door so I never felt warm. Very poor design for women who always appreciate a wall head not a tree head. And bc there is no door the mirrors steam over so you cannot get ready if someone is in shower. Our heating didn’t work but they fixed pretty quickly. Linens were just ok. I expected more at this price point. Room was far from elegant or luxurious. It felt more like a 3-4 star room. The bear is marginal for food. Very nice staff but would not stay here again unfortunately.
