We stayed at Twixmas. The hotel is very elegant and beautiful. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and uber helpful. Got a complimentry upgrade to a junior suite. Amazing views over the Bay of Naples. Little out of the main town, but suited us as not so busy and noisy. There are always taxis outside and the metro is not far. Definitely would recommend and would love to return. Do get a sea view room - it is so worth it!!!

Un service 5*!

Pros: Le personnel, la beauté de l'établissement.
Cons: La chambre pourrait être rénovée, le lit remplacé pour davantage de confort.
Location: Magnifique quartier en hauteur avec vue imprenable sur la baie de Naples. 15 minutes à pieds pour rejoindre le centre, des taxis en continu.
Vous lirez peut-être des avis négatifs. Pour notre part, nous avons eu un séjour parfait dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très compétent, très avenant et multilingue. Nous avons été surpris par différentes attentions très appréciées tout au long du séjour. La chambre est remise en place chaque fois que vous sortez. Bref, tout est impeccable à un prix abordable. Le seul petit bémol serait l'usure de la chambre qui n'était pas rénovée, mais c'est très mineur en perspective avec tout le reste.

Unfreundlich gegenüber jungen Gästen

So wie ich das einschätzen kann, ist das Hotel wahrscheinlich mit abstand eines der besten in Neapel. Trotzdem war ich ein bischen enttäuscht, weil ich als junger Gast (27 Jahre alt) bischen belächelt behandelt wurde.

Toll es Hotel für Kurzurlaub

Von der Dachterrasse, wo das Frühstück serviert wird, genießt man einen herrlichen Blick auf Napoli, den Vesuv und die Insel Ischia. Das Hotel ist stilvoll eingerichtet und doch mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Ich würde dort wieder buchen.

Syysloma

Vaimo halusi Caprille. Samalla pysähdyimme pariksi yöksi Napoliin. Siihen sattui myös syntymäpäiväni. Hotelli, huone ja sijainti ja kohtelu kaikin puolin loistava ja henkilökohtainen. Saimme hyvät vinkit ja opastukset omille jutuillemme. Hinta yläkanttiin, mutta ok. Huomioivat merkkipäiväni hienosti. Maistoimme Napolin päivä- ja iltaelämää sopivasti kapeilla vanhan kaupungin kaduilla ja ilmavissa rantaravintoloissa. Pahuksen hyvä juttu! Vois mennä vaikka uudestaan!

Vue a couper le souffle

La vue depuis le restaurant panoramique est l'une des plus belles vues qu'il m a été donné de voir dans ma vie. L hôtel est très propre, beau et confortable. Un peu loin à pied du centre ville.

Hotelli täytti täydellisesti odotukset. Palvelu toimi, kuten viiden tähden hotellissa kuuluukin. Aamiainen + ravintola, drinkkibaari suoraan Vesuviukselle ja Caprille kuudennesta kerroksesta oli kerrassaan luomoava. Noin parikymppiä per yö maisemasta merelle kannattaa maksaa!! Jos haluat hiukan luksusta lomalle, suosittelen.

beschreibung des hotels ist falsch

wellness und spa in der hoteleigenen homepage anzubieten ist sicherlich ein auswahlkriterium, vor allem wenn man anfang dezember reist. dann jedoch zu erfahren dass der wellnessbereich renoviert wird und daher nicht zur verfügung steht ist ein starkes stück!
