The whole experience here was very, very good. Clean and functionally set up room.. Breakfast was the best I've ever encountered, and far above the included breakfasts I've had at at an over whelming number of highly rated hotels..Although my time didnt permit me to try the pool or on site Tiki Bar, Im betting there quality was equal to what i did experience.. Will definitely stay again and recommend..

Roof was under construction and room was very loud from noise. They moved me to lower floor but it was near heavily trafficked breakfast area and could hear patron noise a lot. Bartender at cabana bar has no business being a bartender anywhere, as she had no idea how to pour, measure, or create a simple drink. Little attitude as well, so I just left property and spent money elsewhere and never visited rest of my 4 day stay. It’s a great location for downtown 5th & waterfront area, but could use some attention to detail to maximize the location.

Two glaring areas that will keep me from coming back: 1) Bathroom toilet was very low...about 14 inches from the floor. I should have asked for a handicap room. 2) Also in the bathroom, the shower head did not work properly, the fixture was difficult to turn for the spray pattern I wanted. Once I was able to turn it to the wider pattern, the pressure made the stream piercing rather that enjoyable. I had to return to the pulsating pattern which was adequate.
