Excellent place to stay. Sofia is absolutely amazing at welcoming and assisting with questions. She goes above and beyond to help. We were very disappointed that we could not stay the 2nd night that we’d had booked and paid for. Because of the soccer game happening on May 23, we were unable to get a taxi to the airport in the early morning, due to road closures and celebrations. The property is very clean and located in a good shopping area.

Excellent Stay B&B Il Divino! We had an excellent stay at B&B Il Divino! Check-in was very easy, and thanks to Sophia, it was quick and fun. She gave us fantastic recommendations for the area and suggested a delicious restaurant. The hotel is conveniently located just 7 minutes from the central station. You can take the metro to the city center or enjoy a 40-minute walk. Our room was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. Breakfast is served at a café just across the street, offering a typical Neapolitan breakfast of delicious pastries and coffee. You can either sit and enjoy it at the café or take it to go (and they serve breakfast all day!). Amazing stay at il Divino

My boyfriend and I stayed at il Divino before our flight from Naples. The B&B was wonderful and the room was extremely spacious, clean, and well designed. The property was very safe and secure and located conveniently to Naples Centrale train station as well as the airport. The host was incredibly lovely and accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed when checking in. Would absolutely recommend as a place to stay in Naples!

The overall stay was perfectly fine. The area of Naples itself is a little rough, but once you’re inside the hotel, you feel very safe and everything is comfortable. You get a pastry and coffee from the cafe across the street which was super nice and quick to grab on our way to the airport the following morning! Sophia was the one who handled everything for our booking. She made sure to call me the day before and let me know that she would have to come outside to meet us and show us inside. This is a great option if you need a nice place to relax in between travel days. They even send you to a delicious local pizza place. Self checkout in the morning was super easy. We just left our room key on the desk inside the room and were on our way.

Sofia, our hostess was so attentive and showed us how everything worked to get into the building and our room. The place has a security guard during the day. The building also has security pass for the outer door into the complex after hours and again at the Il Divino entrance. It also has an elevator to your floor…a real bonus in Italy! It is only an eight minute walk from the train and/or the bus station. We are in our 70s and it was an easy walk.

Our room was modern, clean, quiet, comfortable, with a terrific large bathroom, and only a couple blocks from the Napoli Centrale train station. The hotel is in a dedicated portion of a larger residential building with an exterior entrance. Sophia checked with us a day ahead, then met us at the door to ensure we could get in and had everything we needed. Breakfast is pastry and coffee at a cafe across the street. We sat down for table service before catching a train to our next stop. The pastries were warm and the coffee was perfect. The area near the train terminal is gritty and urban, typical of a large city, but we didn't have any concerns.The service was excellent and we would happily stay again. A great value, too. The location of the property was terrible. The only feature is it was close to the Central station. There were no facilities in the property for making a cup of coffee or any facilities one would expect for the price we paid. The breakfast was in an establishment across the road and was limited to 1 drink and 1 item of food. Very poor. Sofia who managed the property was very nice and professional and allowed us to keep our bags till we were ready to leave. The room was comfortable and clean as was the bathroom.

Il Divino

Our stay was excellent. Il Divino is a modern hotel in an older building. Very safe. Very clean. The elevator was a bit small but it was not a problem. The room had beautiful design and light. Everyone from the security guard to our contact in reception was kind and gracious and helpful. It's near the train station. Convenient and easy to walk with luggage.
