HĂŽtel bien place TrĂšs prĂšs de la place Garibaldi .2 mn a pied

TrĂšs bon pied a terre pour visite Naples en couple ou en famille .
Needed a night's accommodation in Naples, near the Centrale main railway station. I chose this hotel because it seemed good value and near the station. It's less than 5 mins walk from the main railway station. It is a little seedy during the night but nothing to worry about. Hotel staff were polite and the room was clean if a little dark - even with all the lights on.
There was no breakfast. Nevertheless, opposite the Centrale railway station, there's a super little cafe serving croissant and coffee for âŹ1.80.
The staff was friendly, but that was about the only positive other than the price. The double bed was just 2 singles put together "cruise style" and the shower leaked all over the place, and worst of all, the room reeked of urine very badly. Also the air conditioning was a joke. Good luck getting it below 78 Fahrenheit in that room. We had room 131 for reference which was one of the bigger rooms. Room 125 did not reek of urine but had same uncomfortable rock hard with middle divider bed along with under performing AC and also TV did not work in either room. If I had it to do over again, I would have done Pompeii as a day trip from Rome instead of staying in Naples which has a 40% unemployment rate and a trash strike going right now. Only other positive was the La Brace pizzeria just outside of the hotel which was VERY good.
A very convenient hotel, close to the railway station. Have stayed here on several occasions when I have needed to catch an early flight and will continue to do so
Hotel looked like it was out of the 30's and hadn't been updated since then. Stafff not overly friendly and a lot of noise in neighborhood. Neighboorhood very dirty with lots of trash.
Accesso alle camere con ascensore molto vecchio e sporchissimo, copriletto bucato e con bruciature di sigaretta, finestre con maniglie rotte e pavimento dove sotto la moquette si sentivano caminandoci sopra grossi buchi .
Good place for a stop over. This could have been a seedy hotel in a run down area but inside it was clean and tidy and was a good place to stop over. Not sure if I would want to stay there longer than a night.
Molto buono il rapporto qualitĂ /prezzo. Personale educato, accogliente, gentile e disponibile. Buona la pulizia della camera. Ottima la posizione rispetto alla zona del rettifilo.
first entered the room and there was mold smell, after turned on cooling, smell was gone. except that, everything was fine, and it's good for the price. close to train station. was for one day stay, if you want enjoy the stay for longer time, may find a better place.
Location of this hotel was amazing, it was less than a 5 minute walk from the central train station. Breakfast was an extra 5 euros per night, convenient but limited as most breakfasts are in Italy, a croissant and coffee. For one or two nights as a hopping off point in Naples for sightseeing, it was a good deal.
There are several hotels in the small streets south west of the main train station in Naples, and Luna Rossa is an excellent budet choice among them. The location is convenient to transportation links, the hotel itself is comfortable, including air con and flat screen tv. Several restaurants in the nearby streets stay open late. The east section of Giuseppe Pica street is deserted and iffy at night; when coming from the station walk along Piazza Garibaldi instead, and take the second small side street left directly to the hotel, thus avoiding the problematic section.
Great location, just on the edge of central station. Area a bit grimy, but a couple of really good little restaurants nearby. Man behind the desk not particularly friendly - begrudgingly helpful - even throwing the map towards us when we asked for one. Didn't offer any other advice - perhaps just a symptom of being on the nightshift maybe! Ladies at the front desk friendly and helpful.
Room itself was OK although desperately in need of refreshing and some TLC. Wallpaper was coming away and there were some holes in the door. Also there was no safe in the room. Bathroom really BAD! Horrible sewerage smell from toilet all the time, shower head broken and shower cubicle mouldy. Perhaps we just got a bad room and should have asked for another...
Air conditioning was very good!
OK for a budget hotel, but would look to stay somewhere else if going back to Naples.

Very basic, ok for it's price.
It's a very average accommodation. Rooms are spacious but rather old. Near to Napoli train station, but the streets can get a little too noisy at night.
Great location and close to both railway stations (main station, and the station to Pompeii). Parking was available, but several blocks away. The parking scared me at first but turned out to be fine, the car was safe. Driving to this hotel is difficult but managable. Breakfast is not worth the cost, there are cheaper alternatives at any number of local shops for Croissants and coffee. WiFi was great, but it did cost all of 2 euros (At that cost, I don't know why they charge?). Family room for 4 was very spacious, and was quite clean.
Very friendly owners and only ten minute bus ride from Venice, train station and Marco Pollo airport. We were surprised at how clean and nice the rooms were. It was a very nice and friendly setting. Highly recommend it!
Owner with a bad attitude, even if it was my mistake about what it happen. It was a bad move talking the way she did, I am a very good a potential customer a traveler, going to Naples with a minimum ofevery 2 months. H2C is what you want to go.
