Beautiful stay

We stayed at Vita Solare for almost 4 weeks and had a wonderful time there. Everything was just like shown on the pictures, if not more beautiful. The welcoming interior and comfortable atmosphere made us feel like home from the minute we arrived. The contact with the landlord worked perfectly, he gave very fast and helpful answers. Great experience, for sure not our last stay!

Amazing property in Naples

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood...had the perfect family stay visiting friends in the area. Chris's home is perfectly appointed with everything you need and more in a home away from home. The outdoor lanai and pool area is just fabulous as is the open floor plan and newly remodeled kitchen. Can't imagine a more ideal home...this checks all the boxes! Chris also provides a very detailed user guide for all aspects of the home interior and exterior living spaces. Chris is a wonderful host! Would give this 11 stars if we could! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing Naples vacation

I have stayed in this house with 3 kids. The house is in great location with the view of golf course. That means your windows are not looking at your neighbors house which is amazing. The house has a large pool where 3 kids and I had a blast. There are floaties for the sun bums and little toys for kids to dive and find. The deck even has a large hammock where I fell asleep at least 3 times. The kitchen is equipped with all dishes you need. Plenty of plates, cups, knifes (careful very sharp). Beds were comfortable and house super clean. The team does an amazing job keeping everything clean and in working condition. I reached out to the owner several times and received responses within an hour on all questions. I had 0 issues during the stay and absolutely will come back to this house and would recommend it to all of my friends.

Great home for our family. Spacious, clean and comfortable! We had every convenience to make it easy! We loved the ease of connecting to the outdoor speakers for our music, plus the pool was clean and refreshing. Plenty of towels for pool and bath. Everything you need for coffee in the morning and opening wine in the eve! Plus, the Tommy Bahama beach set up is always appreciated! Host is easily available for quick questions. Beautiful, quiet family spot!

We had a fabulous stay! It's convenient to everything in Naples and in a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood. The house is immaculate, beautiful and has all the comforts of home! Home Away From Home

We just returned for a 2-night stay and we can't wait to go back! The home was absolutely perfect and exactly as pictured and described. Clean, spacious, comfortable, newly-appointed...the second you walk in, it feels like you just walked into your own home. Ok, but not luxury

Our family of five traveled to Naples for Spring Break 2024. We stayed at Chris's place in the Lely Estates. The house was approximately 45 minutes from RSW, and the check-in process was as smooth as possible. Chris was very accommodating and responsive throughout the trip. We have a two-year-old still in a crib and needed baby gear delivered to the house before arrival. The house was dated, except for the Kitchen, which appeared to have been recently updated. Chris provided ample beach gear, including four adult Tommy Bahama folding beach chairs, two kids-sized Tommy Bahama folding beach chairs, Beach Toys, and a convenient umbrella nicely located in the attached garage for use as we saw fit. There was also a lot of clutter in the garage from an in-progress window treatment update, making it a bit challenging to navigate. Random boxes were throughout the house, presumably from the window treatment update. This gave a feeling of clutter and was far from pristine, as advertised. The bathrooms were spacious but, again, quite dated. Of note was that the primary bathroom showed noticeable signs of mold in the shower. The slider doors to the pool were very old. Our family of five went on a trip to Naples for spring break in 2024, and we stayed at Chris's place, located in the Lely Estates. A Vacation away from Home!

First and foremost Chris is the most accommodating Premier Host we’ve come across on this App! The Villa is truly a paradise in Naples. Comfort and luxury amenities are a staple in this gorgeous Villa. Big screen TVs are throughout the property, with a sound system that rivals a movie theatre experience. And last but not least, the sleep number beds are like sleeping on a cloud, with down comforters to match. We will definitely be back when in the area! Wow! We were so impressed with our stay and Chris’ home. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and neighbors were friendly. The house is immaculate and has so many useful amenities. The pool was great and the heater was more necessary than we expected at night time - what a great addition! It was a quick drive to downtown Naples. We loved every second of staying here and visiting Naples, we cannot wait to come back and stay here!
