The house was exactly as advertised and the backyard, pool, and jacuzzi is clearly the star. It is located in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood but with easy access to main attractions in the Naples/Bonita Springs area. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions we had.

Spring Break trip from Ohio

We had a great time visiting Naples and feel lucky that we found this house. Responsive hosts, no surprises, pictures provided exact detail of the house and location close to everything you would need. The pool and surroundings is absolutely beautiful and private. We appreciate Dave being so accommodating, helpful, and clear when communicating. Hope to return next year!

Spacious vacation home with L lovely pool/spa

The pool/spa area is the star of this spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. The furniture is modern and kitchen is well equipped. The owner was very responsive to queries. Some minor issues in bathrooms, which can easily be fixed. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Great vacation house! This house and property have everything you could need for your stay. You will not be disappointed. The house is nicely renovated and very comfortable. You can see the lake from almost everywhere in the house. The outdoor area and view are gorgeous! Great covered area. Heated pool is beautiful. Firepit is great as well. Small piece of paradise

This stay from beginning to end was amazing. The homeowners had the house stocked with everything you would need to make beach vacation enjoyable. Just bring your clothes and groceries and you are good to go! Cannot wait to return, I know where we will be staying.

Peaceful and Relaxing Vacation

We loved the home and all that it had to offer!! It was such a beautiful setting in the backyard with the pool, spa, fire pit and lake. We loved the area. It is so close to every thing. We went to the beach every morning to walk and pick up shells and spent every afternoon lounging in the pool. It was absolutely wonderful and highly recommend! When you rent a VRBO, many times there is always a bit of skepticism of the pictures, etc. However, in this case they were 100% correct. The house was been well maintained and the backyard was a great surprise to how secluded and quiet it was. The property was clean and everything worked as expected. The location with quick access to Imokalee and I75 was as convenient as you will get in Naples providing quick access to grocery stores and restuarants. If we do need rental property in Naples, this is definitely one we would use again. Owners responded almost immediately to answer any questions or requests we had. Compared to other properties at this pricepoint that we have rented in Naples area, I would strongly recommend.

Just Perfect

Beautifully renovated home and communicative gracious hosts! The outdoor space is spectacular and was just perfect for our trip. We wish the weather had been more cooperative but lucked out with a few beautiful days. The house was a perfect location for us situated in North Naples in between my family located in Estero, downtown Naples and East Naples so it was easy to get everywhere. We will definitely be back!

Everything And More

We picked this property as it was walking distance to my daughters home. Walked into a stunning view of the lake and the home was impeccable. Aside from a few groceries we needed, the host thought of everything we could possibly need along with info on how to operate it all . On our supposed last day all flights were canceled. Host gave us the green light to stay another 24 hours so we could make other arrangements without any inconvenience. We highly recommend and hopefully will use again for all our future visits!

Had an amazing stay at this property. with my wife and young son. The house is very well equipped for a family and met all our expectations. Pool and spa are wonderful. Very private yard with great views over large lake. Also great location in north Naples close to all amenities. Looking to book another stay in the near future. I was there before the 4th of July weekend. Our stay was amazing we really enjoyed our vacation. The pictures didn't show how beautiful the place was. Home Sweet Home

This home is beautiful and very comfortable, just as pictured, but even better in person. Dave and Kristy obviously take a lot of pride in their home. It’s super clean and very organized. All amenities are top quality, and anything you can think of is provided. The salt water pool/spa is the best, so pretty and relaxing, overlooking the pond. No screen cage, so it’s extra nice having the clear view. Non-stop views from inside so it feels like you’re outside. Dave and Kristy are very generous to share their lovely home. We were delighted to be a guest, and it was sad to leave. We will check availability again on our next visit to Naples!

Home away from Home

We travel each spring from Upper Michigan to Naples and this was by far our favorite trip. The house was absolutely everything we could have hoped for and more. A beautiful location with a backyard view and pool that we will forever remember. Dave and Kristy were great hosts and were very quick to answer any questions we had. Great property!

The house was exactly as advertised and perfect for my husband and me. We did have another couple visit for a few days, and the guest room and bath worked out well. The house has been totally renovated, so baths and kitchen were updated nicely. The backyard was its own oasis--beautiful pool, great fire pit and total privacy from neighbors. The view from the back of the house is a big beautiful lake. Wonderful to see it in the daily sunshine. Will definitely return to this nice property.

It’s a Gem!

What a great setting. The house is perfectly appointed and furnished. The design provides great views across the pool and pond from all living areas. All of the appliances and appointments are top drawer. We come to Naples regularly and look forward to our next return to this property. It really deserves its 5 stars.
