Master bedroom will have a king size bed , guest bedroom will have a queen . 65 inch tv , Sonos sound system 2 speakers in living room 1 in master bedroom.Full internet ,cable tv and WiFi will be included
Unit will also has a dinning room table seating for 6 comfortably . A small work station desk will be just by the window to check e mails ,the stock market or what ever you desire while you gaze outside towards the lake and the rockery nature preserve .
As a added benefit This unit is deeded to the exclusive members only tpc golf course at treviso bay . Renter can have the option of becoming a temporary member , a small fee applies for temporary membership privileges see more information below
Enjoy cocktails over looking the 18th green after your memorable round of golf with family or friends . Enjoy pickleball ,tennis ,bocce ,full gym ,huge pool,your own satellite pool with outside gas grille and also with a amazing tiki bar with full waiter staff available poolside for lunch or dinner . Each section of units also has their very own small community pool as well No smoking
