Great location n the water. Lots of options for food. The free breakfast had lots of different items, it was bigger than I thought it would be, however, the hot items like eggs and potatoes were often cold.

I would have given 5 stars but the hotel hasn’t been updated in a while. But our room was very clean, very quiet and very comfortable. Fresh towels were given every day. Service from the front desk was exceptional. From the moment we checked in, the staff we dealt with (Olga) went above and beyond and gave us very helpful recommendations about the neighborhoods and restaurants. The included breakfast was excellent every morning. The rooftop terrace was a nice place to unwind with a drink and get ocean views. The pool area isn’t vey large but we got a chance to take a dip in the pool. (Too warm after a heat wave). The entire staff from the front desk, dining room, and rooftop was terrific. Great place to stay.

Missing a few things.

The room was very hot. I booked a room with a balcony and a view to be able to sit out on it, but the balcony doesn’t have chairs to sit on. That was very disappointing. The air conditioning was not working well. It was VERY hot, and we had trouble sleeping because the room didn’t cool down. Also, there are no ice machines. If you want ice, you have to call room service and they charge you $4 Euros for it.

Hotel is in a great location with multiple restaurants nearby with water view. Right across the street from castel dell’ovo but it’s currently closed. The room was large and worked great for our family. There was a fridge with waters in the room which was very nice. You need a reservation for the pool and swimmers must wear swim cap (provided) so we only used it once during our stay.

Unfortunately no information is given when you check in. We went to use the pool (very hot in Naples right now) and was told since we didn’t have a reservation they were full. We were not told that you needed a reservation and the pool was not busy Also the maid took our card for no reason which turned off the ac for the day

Mixed review of food and service

We were tired upon arrival because we had been stuck on the train due to a minor seismic event. The reception desk was very friendly and helpful. The small cocktail bar said they did not have snack food even though reception stated that they did and other people were eating. They sent us to the pool bar. We had wonderful service here. Then later that night we were too tired to go out so we ordered room service. We paid over $100 for TERRIBLE food. The salads were $20 euro and they were gross. The burger was grey. It was disgusting and we ended up just going to bed. The breakfast staff were great. The food was delicious.

Beautiful views from the balcony and dining room. Upper pool/terrace floor was closed during our stay. 20 minutes walk to port and metro. Waiters very helpful and friendly. Breakfast reasonable choice but exactly the same every day. Expensive!
