The Boat House was a lovely old family owned motel. Property is clean & fresh. Room was freshly painted & updated. Beds very comfortable. Walkable to a few restaurants with good fun & food. Check out Snooks & The Boardroom & Smith’s Restaurant. Loved Marco Island. We would definitely stay at The Boat House again.

We booked a last-minute one night stay at this motel, and the location was perfect for our needs. The room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Parking was free, and coffee was available in the room (this is huge for me!). Office hours are limited, which is understandable because this is a family business, so we checked in/out outside of office hours. Although we didn't interact with staff in person (only once by phone), the key and detailed instructions were readily available and we had no issues!

Clean! Friendly staff! Relaxing. Conveniently located. Deck over the canal/bay offers loungers, tables & umbrellas. We had a light breeze with no bugs! Watched boats, fish & dolphins right close. Highly recommended!
