Clean hotel lovely grounds room and rooftop is stunning. Best view! So is the pool area. The lowest point is the entry. No warm welcome in terms of valet or greeter and really unappealing strong smelling clothing store in front is not the best way to present such a great hotel.

Check in staff was friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable but not compared to a 4 or 5 star hotel. Food and drink quality at bar/ restaurants was average to below average but the very high end of price point for Naples (5th Ave prices). Solid 3 star hotel. Nice view from roof top bar but best to travel elsewhere for better food and drinks.
