This beautiful newly renovated 9th floor end-unit condo is awash in natural light and has panoramic views of The Gulf of Mexico and the Bay. The condominium offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two separate lanais, each providing stunning views of the Bay and The Gulf of Mexico. The expansive master suite has views of the Gulf, an updated en-suite bath and doors that extend onto the lanai where you can enjoy stunning sunsets all year round. There are two covered parking spaces where your car or cars are protected from the sun and one uncovered parking space. Delnor-Wiggins State Park is across the street and just a short walk from the community. A deeded walkway allows you private access to Vanderbilt Beach. The large community pool overlooks Vanderbilt Bay where you can relax on the pool deck and watch the dolphins, manatees and boats as they pass by. The other community amenities include a private gated entry, a chickee hut with a grill and tennis/pickleball courts.
