I tried to get my money back from this hotel because I cancelled after reading some google reviews. On the google reviews it said the pictures are not what it seems, a/c didn't work and that it was in a sketchy location, etc. So I didn't want to go anymore. But they denied my cancellation I requested cancelling more than two weeks before my trip. Not sure why they would deny mt request. That is probably how they make their money by tricking people. Read some google reviews please save yourself. I should have dug deeper before booking I wish I had that would have saved me so much money. But live and learn I guess.

Great stay- highly recommend

We had a great stay! On arrival the staff were super friendly and provided us with a map and several recommendations around the local area. The hotel was very clean and immaculate kept throughout and smelt lovely! We stayed in the junior suite which was very spacious with a free standing double jacuzzi bath in the bedroom area, the bed was very comfortable. I would happily stay again!

This place is a total dump . Advertised as close to Naples, it’s extremely unsafe at night and friends advised us to take cabs. The doors upstairs were unlocked , and ac was broken and the room was next to the kitchen and you could hear people smashing plates around the kitchen early in the am . Unsafe and total dump of a hotel . One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in

The hotel is located in an area with very, very crowded and narrow streets like much of Naples. The area around the hotel was noisy and dirty. The hotel itself was very nice, clean and updated inside. Parking worked out OK, but driving a van through the narrow streets was challenging.
