Der Empfang im Hotel war sehr freundlich. Wir werden am 10. februar 2020 wieder im Hotel Ibis Übernachten.

Nous sommes désolés que la prestation n'ait pas répondu à la hauteur de vos attentes et que notre nouvelle literie Sweet Bed by ibis ne vous ait pas convenu. Quand à la porte, elle est effectivement lourde et ceci dans un but de sécurité, afin d'être sûr qu'elle se referme bien pour éviter toute intrusion. Nous espérons néanmoins vous revoir prochainement parmi nous et vous prouver que vous pouvez passer un agréable moment en notre compagnie. A bientôt.

Restaurant ist neu, vermag aber nicht zu überzeugen. Fleisch war zäh, Service ungenügend. Servicepersonal trotz elektronischen Geräten nicht in der Lage, getrennte Rechnungen zu erstellen. Meine Accorkarte wurde nicht aktzeptiert. Das Tor wurde morgends um 8:00 nicht geöffnet, sodass das ganze Areal umlaufen werden musste. Traurig !

séjour agréable à renouveler

Pros: tres bonne literie sdb bien equipée
Cons: cartes magnétiques d'ouverture des chambres
Location: quartier de l'hotel sans grande valeur mais le centre ville et ses vestiges Romain a voir,les halles incontournable,l'abbaye de fondfroide très proche
accueil et personnel au top ville interessante à visiter pour son passé historique
