Third Floor- One bedroom with 2 queens and full bathroom, second bedroom with 2 queens and full bathroom as well
Fourth Floor- HUGE roof deck complete with plenty of seating, bar, and cabanna beds (just to insure if you want to catch some rays you can!)

The hip Gulch area is about a 15 min walk to all the best restaurants, bars and night-life you can imagine!!
The 12S area walkable as well, with shopping, farm-to-table restaurants, and a sweet Southern style vibe.
