We arrived early to Nashville and we had time to spare so we did a drive by to see where the condo was located. Itâs on a quiet street and within walking distance of some restaurants. We found a bar that was about three blocks from the condo called Springwater Supper Club and Lounge. The place was awesome. We spoke with the owner about the history and he had so many wonderful stories. Itâs cash only and beer and seltzers only.We checked into the condo and it is just what I expected from the photos I seen. It was clean and the perfect amount of space for the two of us. They provide the basic essentials you will need for your checkout. Which was enough for us because we didnât dirty up a lot of dishes. I had issues trying to get into the room (from going to the bar first) and the owners responded quickly and helped me figure it out. We couldnât get the tv in the bedroom to work but I really didnât care about that. Itâs a perfect stay for anyone who wants to be in a quiet area close to restaurants and within a few minutes of Broadway. I would definitely stay here again.
My husband was hospitalized at Vanderbilt for an undetermined stay. After paying very high, and escalating prices at a hotel, I found this property - it was perfect! It was clean, cute and within walking distance of the hospital campus and several restaurants.
The space was great for me. There is a large king-size bed and a sleeper sofa, so would be a good for a couple and children or others who don't mind sharing a bed. All as advertised was available and I would say the hospitality items available were better than other places I've stayed in. You shouldn't have to pack your kitchen to have what you need.
