The hotel was lovely- clean, quiet, friendly front desk. Newly renovated lobby, and a really nice room, with everything you would need. The negative? The pool's towel shelf was empty, so we were two towels short, which was inconvenient, as my little granddaughter and I had to go to the lobby (wet) to ask for more, and then go up to my room to get the two used ones that were there. The bed was incredible- comfortable mattress and gorgeous pillows! Crisp and super clean. Lovely. My only issue, other than the pool towel shortage, was that my room looked out onto the Harley-Davidson motorcycle sales store, and at 7:45 am they were testing them outside, which made a constant revving. Not good for a morning person. I was in 410, so I strongly recommend you book a room with an uneven number, which means it will be on the opposite side of the hall. Then you won't have this disturbance. Other than that, I highly recommend this Comfort Inn, and would have no hesitation to stay here again (across the hall and down the hall!). Comfort Inn is a terrific choice!

I booked for 2 nights a double queen bed room. I had to cancel for one night and didn’t get the option of a double bed room for one night, so I paid extra for a king suite with a pull out bed. The man at check in wouldn’t let me switch to a queen room since I booked thru elsewhere, when I got to my room it was a single kind room. NO pull out sofa bed and not option to change rooms even though I had my reservation showing I booked a room with a pull out bed.

Pool was green so no using it . Harley Davison shop right behind the hotel and you can hear the bikes come and go all hours . Staff was great and the room was clean . But if your a light sleeper this isn’t for you.

Room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed a very good night’s sleep. Staff, though not really friendly, were knowledgeable and I had no issues with checking in or out. A smile or welcome greeting from the staff would have made the experience nearly perfect. I did not have breakfast so can’t comment on the quality there.

The man who checked me in acted annoyed. I did not feel welcome at all. There was a tornado warning/take cover during our stay and same gentleman at the front desk was unfriendly with guests inquiring where to take shelter. The property itself was clean. The area is lovely. The staff I encountered were abysmal.
