After driving over 8 hours, waited 20 minutes to check-in with only one couple ahead of us. Turns out, they got a key that didn't work and had to come back after the attendant started checking us in. The attendant couldn't find our reservation for the first 5 minutes, although I supplied our confirmation and details. He finally found it, assigned us our room, and warned us that if we opened the door and didn't like the smell, to come back to the front desk. The room seemed fine and we were exhausted so we kept it. 20 minutes after we were in the room, the couple that had been ahead of us trying to check in tried to get in our room because the clerk had assigned them the same room. Aside from the issues checking in, the room was ok. I would stay again if I knew check-in would be better!

There was a chemical smell throughout the building. The shower leaked all over the floor when it was being used!! We ran out of toilet paper!! The beds where extremely uncomfortable!! The chair in the room had rips all over it..... you pay for what you get I guess!!!

We stayed here because they had long term car parking and shuttle service. Bed was very comfortable! Room hadn’t been cleaned very well tho, strange hair in shower/bathroom floor. We also had an in room coffee maker, but nowhere to plug it in to work! I had to finally put it on nightstand to plug in.
