My husband and I just completed our stay. We loved staying at Dancing in the Moonlight. We loved the building. Security with the Latch app was a breeze, and I felt very safe. Parking was free and very accessible⊠we have a large diesel truck and it fit easily. The city views from our deck were beautiful. We were able to walk to Broadway each night within 10 minutes. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Also, the buildng and hallways are infused with an amazing scent that made it feel luxurious. Also, everything was very clean and just as pictured and Iâm a nurse and not easy to please when it comes to cleanliness.
The staff and management company were very friendly and helpful. The space was spacious with a great kitchen, plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, and coffee provided. The only downside was the nearby train noise, though they did supply earplugs, which helped.
We enjoyed our stay at this Vrbo. The property was very clean. The home was clean and well equipped for our stay. The concierges were very friendly and helpful. It's not a bad walk to downtown. Some people have mentioned the trains. Earplugs and a sound machine were in the room if you need them. The trains did not bother us.The write-up mentions the possibility of seeing homeless people. It's more like the probability. No one bothered us, so it was a non-issue. It just tugs at your heart. We would stay there again!
Host is quick at responding. Quick to help with getting my latch app set up due to Apple safety features hiding my email on my end. Unfortunately, as soon as we arrived toilet was pre-clogged- reported it immediately, could not get anyone out that night, told us they were sending a plumber first thing at 7am which ended up being property management. That person shared that they would not let them snake it & their frustrations. Then had another person come out again later that morning. When sharing the frustrations and that this was missed somewhere in the transition processing ie: cleaning or inspection to help host prevent this in future. Host became defensive and even slightly rude. Property management apologized to us. Otherwise, stay was nice. Rough first 24 hours to start off a short vacation. Security is great. Recommend ubering or downloading lime app to scooter to local places. Is not a safe place to walk at night, especially to broadway per multiple uber and taxi drivers. Overall place is beautiful and great atmosphere.
Cute and very clean condo. Close to Broadway. Great communication If you are a light sleeper you may have Issue with the train. Itâs right outside the bedroom. I wish we had know it was next to a homeless shelter. That caused us to not walk the area. Great
Was in town for the Pearl Jam concert and stayed here 3 nights. Really enjoyed this property. Good location, only about .6 miles from the arena and a very easy walk. Was perfect for what I needed, loved having a full kitchen
The room and building itself was fantastic. Friendly security in the lobby. Gym and pool access was great! However, a few things kept this from being a 5 star review and may be beneficial for others to know. 1. If you're a light sleeper or have little kids, the adjacent train may inhibit you from sleeping well. Although a sound machine and ear plugs were available in the room, the trains are consistent and can be very disruptive. 2. The city mission is located across the street. To access walking to the city, you must pass the city mission and the homeless on the sidewalks/streets which being a single woman traveler made walking by uncomfortable.
Visited with my husband and teenage son. The condo was great! It was very clean, well organized, pleasant design and accomodating. We loved the security of the building (struggled with the codes at first but got the hang of it quickly!). We were close or within walking distance of everything we wanted to get to and could rent scooters or uber anywhere else we needed to go! The location is near a lot of new construction, so you can tell the area is being built into something great! This location is on the railroad tracks, but we didn't find it disturbing. There were ear plugs provided if needed, so very thoughtful! As someone else noted, it is near a shelter, but not a deterrent for future visits. We would definitely come back!!
I traveled to Nashville with two girlfriends for a 3 night stay. upon arrival check in was easy and the communication with the property management was quick and easy. The condo its self felt brand new, and the only issue was we could not get the neon sign to work (not a make or break kind of thing). The location allowed for quick access to downtown Broadway area but we quickly realized we were quite literally right next to railroad tracks. The trains ran constantly making the complimentary ear plugs a must in order to sleep. The noise was also loud enough to drowned out conversations when standing on the balcony. The other down side to the location was that it is located right next to a homeless shelter and mission. The issue with this is that walking home from downtown at dark was very nerve racking as there were many people sleeping, yelling and even arguing along the walkways at all times of the day. It just felt unsafe and unsanitary considering our sightings of human feces and drug paraphernalia. The place was beautiful and well kept but the location leaves a lot to be desired.
Loved the condo. Convenient to walk to various locations of interest. The train was loud but we expected it and it added to the industrial feel. Would definitely stay again.
