Excellent location. Grocery, Restraunts and Bars, and Broadway are all within walking distance. The apartment was clean and cute. Perfect for 2. Everything worked the way it should. Parking was on the street, so that was a bit annoying but livable. Construction next door woke us up Friday morning at 730am but that should be finishing up within the next few weeks. I would definitely consider this apartment again jn the future.

I’m giving this an “ok” due to serious access and communication issues. After two long days of driving, we were unable to enter the home because the access code and contact number provided were incorrect. It took over an hour to get inside, during which time we were left outside in the cold and dark with our luggage due to street-only parking. When I finally reached someone, the interaction was abrupt, there was no apology, and promised compensation would be explored but was never followed up on. Messages in the app went unanswered for days. While the home itself was clean and comfortable, the lack of communication, accountability, and reliable host contact would prevent me from staying again.

I didn't feel like there was a host. I had questions prior to check-in and it was difficult to get answers. The living area was very nice, comfortable and clean. It was in a great location, easy to walk to many good restaurants. The 2 TVs did not even get local stations, we had hoped to watch the Tennessee football game on ABC and we could not get it. I reached out to the "host" and was told it would be taken care of, but it never was for 2 days. Also, the advertisement says clearly "2 parking spaces available". There are no designated parking spaces, only street parking which, when I reached out to the "host", I was told was first come first served. The ad should say street parking, not 2 parking spaces available. If the street is empty then dozens of parking spaces are available. If it is a busy weekend maybe no spaces are available. I was told by the host that there was a garage for overflow somewhere. That didn't interest me.

This is an excellent property. Clean, well appointed and located in a great neighborhood. 5-star all the way. The property manager (Vacasa) bungled our reservation which is why we graded it down. We were locked out of the rental because they miscoded our departure. We’ll be back but we will double check the reservation with Vacasa to make sure we’re not locked out next time.

Germantown VRBO

I stayed here with two of my girlfriends to be within walking distance of Broadway/downtown. It was a quaint little space in a very safe area of Germantown/Downtown Nashville. It does only have one bed, but the pull-out was comfortable and we really enjoyed our time there. We would definitely stay here again. There are a lot of fun eateries (recommend TACO MAMACITA) and some good coffee houses nearby too. This area has really been renovated with a so many new apartment complexes and bistros. Great place to stay if you want to be close to downtown and/or sports complexes.

First time visiting Nashville

The property was exactly as described. Very clean, comfortable and all the amenities you would need. It was a perfect location, close to downtown, walkable and tons of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Highly recommended for 2 people.

we visited Germantown to spend time with family. Great local coffee shops and restaurants. Loved going to the Nashville Farmer's Market. Great to have Walgreens nearby for a prescription issue. Best VRBO stay in Nash in 4 years of visiting

Great location, price and household supplies misleading

The location was perfect- close enough to walk downtown, or take a short uber. The home was comfortable, clean, and modern. The appliances were new and everything worked great. The price was misleading. With taxes and fees, the price was more than twice what was listed on Vrbo. The listing said that there would be a full kitchen with all the appliances we were used to. The home didn’t have a cooking sheet or anything to bake on, there is not a knife set for cutting meats, veggies, etc. There was no strainer, and no toaster, among other things. When I asked about those items, I was told that on their end, the kitchen is full and that there was no toaster on the listing. Obviously, this isn’t about toast- just about misleading information on what to expect.

Marathon Weekend

A perfect spot for a weekend in Nashville for the Rock N Roll Marathon. The unit is really cute and has everything needed for a great stey. Comfortable beds and a big closet. Very quiet but close to so many bars and restaurants.

Great Place and Great Neighborhood

This place was amazing. The property was spotless clean and the so is the Neighborhood! Great bars and restaurants within walking distance, downtown and East Nashville are within walking distance , but best with a short car ride. We will definitely be back.

Adorable & Cozy

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is exactly how the pictures look. Everything is top notch. Very comfy bed and bedding. Perfect for a weekend get-away and everything you need. Very close to many great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, stores and walking to Broadway is do-able if you're in good enough shape to walk. The owners are great, we met them. I would definitely stay there again.
