Overall a nice house. Clean and as described. However frustrating to stay in, starting with a 10 digit code anytime you wanted to enter the house! (Who can remember that!) This house shows a lot of wear and tear. Several broken kitchen appliances, worn out kitchenware, loose and broken furniture, broken door locks, ect....Provided K-cups, but no K-cup machine. Only 2 rolls of paper towels and 2 extra garbage bags for a five night stay with 10 people. Not what we expected in such a high end home!Great location and neighborhood, but I will be avoiding this home on my next trip.

We had a great stay! The home was just right for our group gathering. The furniture was comfortable, and the second-floor master suite was a real standout—huge walk-in closet and an incredible bathroom. The location was also a big win—close to everything we needed, and the secure garage was a nice bonus.Our group was made up of adults—three married couples and one single traveler—so the bunkbeds weren’t ideal for us. Totally our oversight, as it was clearly listed, but next time we’ll probably look for a property with multiple king-sized beds and private bathrooms.The coffee maker took a minute to figure out, but once we did, it was super convenient. The kitchen had all the basics for cooking tools, but lacked pantry staples like oil or sugar—something to be aware of if you plan to cook meals.Overall, the place was clean, spacious, and well-located. The hosts were helpful and quick to respond when we had questions. Would recommend for larger groups looking for a solid place to stay in a great area.

A great place for a family

We were a family in town for a wedding - people aged 19-88. The property was beautiful and well equipped, except for the coffee maker. Management answered questions promptly but couldn’t solve our issues with the coffee maker. Luckily, we found a great coffee shop nearby. There is a lot of street noise, but we always travel with earplugs. You definitely want to have them for this location. The unit was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

We've stayed at several VRBO's in Nashville over the last five years. This was by far one of the nicest. Mainly because of location, cleanliness, and what it included inside. Everything is very nice and up-to-date. The location of this unit is also very convenient. Also, if you don't want to deal with a ton of stairs, this unit is two-story not three-story like most.

Great location regarding proximity for short Uber rides to all the hot spots. Beautiful home! The exact address should be disclosed in the correspondence due to it being a two unit structure. Our only mechanical issue was the dishwasher wasn’t functioning. Would definitely recommend this property and our questions were answered very promptly.

Nashville Wedding

This location is centralized to all the locations we wanted to go. When staying at a VRBO i look at how comfortable it is, for instance the living room furniture and i would rate this very good. The property owners were very attentive when we did have an issue or had a question about parking. The ping pong table upstairs was an added plus as we all enjoy games. We had my grandkids with us and some of the pictures were questionable but they didn’t seem to notice. I would recommend this location. I would tho suggest bringing things to get you going like coffee, salt and pepper, other seasoning if you like to cook and if your are making eggs or frying on the stove top, bring oil or spray. The beds were very comfortable but kinda high as my partner pretty much had to take a running leap to get on it. :)
