Whether you're planning a family/friend trip to the city, bachelorette/bachelor get-together, or a couple's retreat, this home provides a spacious layout that's perfect for any group! This four-story home offers 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a half bath that can sleep up to 10 guests with 5 beds. Bedrooms include one king bed, two full beds and one handcrafted queen over queen adult bunk bed (2,000 lb weight capacity per bunk). This home is equipped with a smart lock keyless entry system as well as Ring Video Doorbell for added security & easier access. A passcode will be sent to you prior to your stay! Full access to the homes private garage during your stay. To ensure vehicle safety, please park in the garage. One large vehicle/two small vehicles will fit comfortably in the garage. The closet in the primary bedroom is locked for storage please use the dresser provided for your clothing. Thank you! Hosts will provide their phone numbers prior to arrival and will be available via text/call throughout your stay! Located across the Cumberland River from downtown Nashville is the stomping ground of Nashville’s creative class, attracted to the area’s culturally diverse and eclectic vibe and historic homes dating back to the early 1900s. Getting to Broadway will be about a ~10 min Uber. CHECK-IN: 4PM-11PM & CHECK-OUT 11AM: If you need to check-in after 11pm please let us know. Depending on availability, we may be able to provide an early check-in or a late check-out for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please ask us when booking if an early check-in or late check-out is available. We can not accept any requests within 3 days of check-in or during your stay because our cleaners are scheduled in advance and their schedules can not be changed last minute. Please add all guests who have an Airbnb account to the reservation. Pets: Unfortunately, this home does not permit pets. STAIRS: This home has a total of four stories and will require use of stairs to access areas such as the kitchen, living room, washer & dryer, primary bedroom and rooftop. PLEASE be mindful of the walls when bringing luggage up the stairs to avoid damaging/scuffing the walls. Thank you! CHILDREN: We are happy to host children, but it's important to note that our home is not childproofed. Please supervise children at all times. There are many stairs and a rooftop deck with fire pit and high ledge. SECURITY: Three security cameras are located on the property. One camera located in the garage, one RING doorbell camera at the front door, and on floodlight camera for added security. Do not unplug the Wi-Fi. We will be notified when we lose all security cameras. DECOR: We ask that you do not hang anything from the walls (banners, balloon arch’s, etc) as this may cause damage to the walls/paint. Rooftop Deck: The deck has a heater and an Oakland fire pit that takes propane. There are extra propane tanks but each additional use will be a $50 refill fee.
