Great location, house was perfect with lots of space and the garage was really great with the wet weather. Walked to Vandy and being walkable distance to restaurants and bars was perfect. Really appreciated the communication and clear instructions.

The balcony view was not calming. It faced the parking area and other people staying there were not respectful of others around them. People parking outside of the garages and blocking cars from entering and leaving. Balcony furniture was terribly uncomfortable.

Very Spacious and Clean

Overall our family loved this stay and the Hillsboro location. There is lots of space to spread out. We had a glitch with the management not sending the unit number. Be prepared for lots of stair climbing, which was not a problem for us. Also, there is very little sound absorption, so sounds travel easily around the townhouse.

Great spot, but check-in was a challenge

Starting with the positives: the location is fantastic! Easily walkable to Vanderbilt and restaurants. Felt very safe. The property has tons of space, relaxing balconies, and separation for our various family members. However, check-in was disappointing and stressful. We never received a unit number, so we had no idea which door to enter, and our code didn’t work in the door we guessed (which was eventually the correct one). It took several calls to get an answer about which unit and a new code to enter. It also would have been helpful to have all check-out info from the start so our split group could clean up throughout the weekend. This would be a great property for a group of friends visiting. The number of staircases with no way to block them off for a baby was a challenge, but was well-documented in the listing so we knew what we were getting into. The price was ideal for the quality.

Very nice but lots of stairs!

This condo was spacious and clean. It has 4 floors with double flights of stairs between each floor. We were traveling with elderly parents, so this would have been nice to know in advance. Unfortunately, the television in the living room would not connect to the internet and the promised maintenance people never arrived. Overall, it is a very nice property with responsive hosts, but a few blips kept this review from 5 stars.

Great spot for Vanderbilt reunion weekend!

Four Vandy alum returning to Nashville for our 20-year reunion had a great time. The home had great space for the 4 of us, was walking distance to Hillsboro Village and Vanderbilt. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, etc were available. We had everything we needed! Thanks so much for a great stay.

Medical Trip at Vanderbilt

The property is beautiful. I gave four stars on check in and communication because the code for the door did not work and they did not include the unit nĂčmber. I arrived on a Sunday. It took five calls to get an answer. It only took about 20 minutes to get someone. The lady that answered was incredibly nice and assigned a new code. So crisis diverted. This location is extremely close to the hospital. My dad is currently receiving radiation and my mom had to have surgery. The only draw back was the stairs. Three flights. Garage and one bedroom and bath first level. Living areas and half bath second level. Two bedrooms (master and guest 2 baths third level. Four level has the fourth bedroom loft. No bathroom. The kitchen has two coffee makers. Kurig and drip. So bring kcups or ground coffee. Clean and spacious. Quite neighbors. Big cars will have difficulty pulling up to garage. There is additional parking in alley. You will enter the property through the alley. There is not a front door. I would rent this location again.

Seriously amazing!!

This property is amazing! It’s tucked into a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from Belmont and Vanderbilt. We stayed here while moving our daughter into college and it could not have been a more perfect choice. Extremely clean, very well decorated, and perfectly located. There was so much space for everyone and, really appreciated all the different levels of living to keep everyone spaced out. It’s good to know we have a great spot to go back to when visiting our daughter!

Very nice stay

Townhouse was very nice for our group of six adults and one toddler. A few things that could be improved are, the kitchen needs dish towels and a dish sponge. Dish detergent was fine. A few more bath towels for multiple night stays would be nice. The location is nice. The garage is tight for a larger vehicle. We would definitely stay here again.

NASHVILLE STAY

The property is in a very quiet area and seems very safe. The property was pretty well taken care of but there are areas that could use some assistance. The couch and chairs are in need of cleaning/replacing. For the size of the home seating is very limited and very uncomfortable. The rules state that no tape is to be used but we showed up and tape is still on the walls from previous occupants. Walls could use some touch up as well. The towel bar in king bedroom needs repair/replacing. More hangers in the closets would be helpful as well. Bedding/towels seemed fresh and clean. Overall nice property but don't let disrepair become an issue as this house is in good shape but won't be if more attention to detail is not taken.

Great Get-Away-Weekend

This was such a great plays to stay. Plenty of room for everyone to have their privacy but also allow for group time in the family room and on the deck. Very good communication with the property manager. I highly recommend this place!

Reunion in Nashville

We loved so many things about this property. The set up was great for 4 long time friends meeting up after the COVID break. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had lots of towels and good space. Improvements: need bath mats and kitchen towels. We used bathroom towels or wash clothes to step out of the shower and to dry the few dishes we wanted to hand wash. Although check in was at 4, the code we were given didn’t work until a 4:07
 not sure why as one person in our group uses the same system at her home and tried the code multiple times until it worked.

Great property for a Bachelorette Party

We rented this space for a bachelorette party and it was the perfect set up for us girls! The host was so accommodating and so responsive. I also was able to walk to the coffee shop about .2 miles away in the mornings. Definitely recommend!

great condo

our stay was excellent, condo was clean and had all of the amenities that anyone would need. The only thing I found out was the distances to downtown. In the information about location to places/sites it gives mileages. Things were a lot further than I expected, however Ubers were readily available. Everything else was great!
