Evening check in staff was wonderful, but i cant remember her name. Parking is pricey, only have valet but Mohammed was great. Beds were decent. Rooms are a little dated if you look or it matters to you. Location for concert and downtown were perfect. Mexican restaurant next door should considered an amenity! Would stay again no problem.

When we arrived, I mentioned the $20 Expedia credit I had, but the front desk explained it was only valid for alcoholic beverages. Since the property had just been sold and no longer had a liquor license, they offered us two sodas instead. Later, I noticed $9 had been deducted from my deposit. When I called to ask about the charge, I was told it was for the sodas. The woman who answered the phone also told me she could not issue a refund because the charge had been made directly by the owner, which felt very unprofessional and misleading. Overall, the experience was disappointing. The staff came across as unfriendly, the hotel no longer has a bar, daily room cleaning is not included unless you request it, and valet parking is over $40 per day.

I enjoy my stay ! Only down side there is no self parking, you have to use valet. You could also park on the street or pay for parking in a near by parking lot area that is less than a 2 min walk from the hotel is another option :) !

I would stay here again.

I stayed here for one night and overall had a pleasant experience. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

Staff was great check in was easy The property had been recently renovated but there were some rough drywall areas and ceiling in 217 had a poor repair (not leaking but looked rough and unfinished) Lovely lobby great sitting areas PS Nashville is growing lots of construction
