I do not enjoy writing bad reviews but I think it’s very misleading that this place has a rating of 4.5 stars. I stayed for 6 nights and never once was my room cleaned. I had to ask for fresh towels twice during my stay as well as toilet paper and my trash cans became so full as they were never emptied. The shower curtain was stained and dingy as it is not washed between guests and many of the blankets and pillows had stains and looked gross as I’m sure they are also not laundered with each new guest. Breakfast was never mentioned during check in nor was the option to get a boxed breakfast to go if leaving for an early morning tour (which I did 4 of the 5 days I stayed here) even though it’s explicitly advertised on the website along with daily housekeeping. Reception hours are whenever the owner feels like being there; I went down at 10:30 am one morning to bring down towels and get fresh ones and the place was completely locked up. The only way to get ahold of anyone is through WhatsApp and even then I didn’t get a response. The hotel is surrounded by dogs that bark nonstop late at night; even with earplugs I could hear them. So if you think you’ll be staying somewhere quiet because it’s further away from town you’ll just be disappointed when you’re woken up every night at midnight to multiple dogs barking nonstop that are literally right next to the hotel. Longer review on Google detailing what a disaster this place is.
