No breakfast, water pressure too low for a shower. The shower is wonderful made but the water pressure was not satisfied.Everything else was great but for the price it should be discounted for not having a breakfast.
Need microwaves in the rooms since you donât have free hot breakfast. Need vending machines and ice machines needs to be working. Itâs no way you have to ask front desk to warm food or for ice in the middle of the night. Their water could use more adjusting.
Staff were wonderful the place was very clean. I definitely will be visiting again. Just need vending machines for drinks. Better breakfast plans and portions for the prices.
Front desk employees were super nice and friendly. Hotel has recently had an ownership change and remodel. I didn't realize that I had to ask to have my room cleaned but I took our dirty linens down and received clean ones. Bathroom water took a while to heat up. Loved the refrigerator in the room but would've liked a microwave as well.
Fairly new hotel, still knocking out the kinks! No problems really, the bed was super comfy and front desk was very attentive and nice! Would definitely stay again
Stayed here because family was at riverview across the bridge. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that it was newly remodeled so we thought that meant the room would be in great shape. However, it was not. TV had some yellow goo all over the screen, the window overlooking outside had fingerprints and smudges all over it. The sink and shower both had hair in them, and the water pressure was awful- shower took forever to warm up. The comforters felt damp the moment from we walked in the room & it felt very humid even when we left the AC running low while gone. No closet area. All the lobby had for refreshments was a small water dispenser & coffee station without to go cups. no complimentary breakfast, but a small grab and go area wouldâve been nice before heading out for the day. wasnât worth the price we paid.
First and foremost, the front desk clerk Fredricka was absolutely wonderful, pleasant personality, and very accommodating very professional. The king bed in our room had ants in it. The AC where the doubles are located leaked onto the floor. Overall, the room is beautiful. , unfinished I think, but it seems that it will be very nice once finished
OMG, the staff were amazing. Front desk, housekeeping, kitchen. They were very friendly and were easy to talk to. The staff gave me food ideas, fun things to do and had beautiful smiles. Those attributes alone is why I'll be back. I was solo because my my friend backed out last minute. I felt so safe here too.
This hotel is new (opened in February). The shower had a shower head that was smaller than the cutout made in the wall, resulting in a hole in the wall. The water pressure was very low. Parts of the room were not finished (painting). While there was a sign at the front desk stating that they had just opened and were still working on the "finishes" of the hotel, a hole in the wall is not a "finish".
Me and my boyfriend went. It wasnât a bad hotel, just nothing exotic. We could have paid for a different hotel almost 20 cheaper for the same experience.
