Our cozy and affordable accommodation, family-run guest house is located in a quiet yet central location in the border triangle on the border -ITALIEN-SWITZERLAND. The apartment is about 65m² in size, with 2 separate bedrooms and a beautiful terrace with mountain views. A 5-minute walk will take you to the ski bus, which will take you every 10 minutes to the cable car station and the center
.For our guests, 2 new luxury ski depots, which are heated and ventilated, are available in the new cable car center. The depots each accommodate 2 people.
For our guests there are discounts of 10% or 15% in Spöttl
Snowshoeing and sledding through the snow-covered winter forest is part of a holiday in Nauders.
In summer you can start various hikes from easy to difficult directly from the apartment. Wonderful mountain bike tours lead to various mountain huts and also for the climbers Nauders offers some possibilities. Our guests have the opportunity in the APARTMENT to use a wireless internet for free.
