Inside, you’ll find comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living area, and beautiful water views that create the perfect setting for relaxing after a day in the sun. The full beachside garage adds even more fun, with arcade games, bikes for scenic rides, and kayaks for exploring the calm coastal waters. Whether you want adventure or pure relaxation, this home offers the best of both.

Ideal for families or small groups, this townhome is designed to make your beach vacation easy, memorable, and full of fun.

A welcome letter with check-in and check-out details, access codes, and condo policies will be emailed 2–4 weeks before your stay. Please note: if the check-out cleaning instructions are not followed and extra cleaning is required beyond the normal routine, an additional cleaning fee of up to the full cleaning amount may be charged to the guest.

This unit is not pet-friendly. Because this is also our second home and one of our children has allergies, pets create a health concern for our family and future guests. We are therefore unable to accommodate service animals or emotional support animals. Please also note that baby gates for the stairs are not provided.

This townhome fit all my needs for my family. Event though we are all a little older now, they had something for everyone. This home is an absolute best! We will Definitely be re booking for a second stay! Thank you for all the great memories!

We had an amazing week at this townhouse. It was everything that was advertised. The owner gave us very clear entry instructions for the house well before our visit. The townhouse was very clean and extremely organized. It had everything we needed. Plus, it was a very nice touch to have beach and water toys along with all the chairs and umbrellas that we would need. The weather was perfect. The beach and water were amazing. Even though it was fall break for most school systems, the beach was not overly crowded. This was our first time at Navarre Beach. We will definitely be staying here again and recommend this home to everyone.

Great community and really layer back area. Lots to do. The house had everything you need to cook/ clean/ daily functions/ toys/ khakis , bikes. My husband did put air in the all bike tires but no biggy we own a bike shop. Good to stay here with older kid and teens. Thank you
