Welcome to your truly own beach retreat with this luxurious, beautiful 4BR/4.5BA beach house. The master bath features separate vanities, water closet, large shower and free-standing tub. Each of the 3 guest bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. Located in a warm, safe, gated waterfront community which you can enjoy deeded Sound access with a neighborhood beach and pool only steps away. Stunning unobstructed 8 acres of Sound views from the main living areas and the backyard.

This super clean and beautifully decorated house has a 10-foot ceiling with gorgeous hardwood floors. Main living floor has the master suite, powder bath, and formal dining room providing seating for 12. The 3rd floor features 3 bedrooms with 3 en-suite bathrooms.

The house, steps from the pool, sets off only a 2 minutes walk to the Santa Rosa Sound Beach where you can kayak or paddle board. Moreover, small children love playing at this beach because of the calm water, gentle waves, and its seclusion. A fun golf cart ride for a couple of blocks takes you to the lovely Gulf Beach (golf cart is for rent).

Kitchen - Offers granite countertops with a large island, soft close cabinetry, pantry, pot filler, 5-burner electric cooktop, stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare a quick meal for the family.

Large backyard - Spectacular waterfront views. It has an outdoor shower, hammock, propane gas grill, and covered patio with table and chairs prepare guests for perfect gatherings. Also, guests can engage in outdoor family games to keep everyone entertained.

This is a great place to stay with your family! Everything is included, just pack your clothes and come. We run at the golf cart, which made it so easy to get to the beach and took afternoon stroll on the beach by the sound Nina was an excellent hostess, and answered all of our questions promptly if we’re ever in the area again will certainly rent this property again

My Girl Scout Troop stayed and had a great time. The home was very clean and luxurious. The rooms and closets were spacious. Everything we needed was in the home and well stocked. Having bay and beach access is the best! We spoke with other guests on the beach who envied our location. Wonderful week in Navarre

This property was exactly as described and perfect for our family trip to Navarre. The golf cart was such a helpful addition for easy transport to and from the beach, especially with kids. Communication from the property manager was excellent. We had one rainy day during the week and the house is set up well for an entire family to still enjoy a day indoors.
