Beautiful villa, very well equipped and maintained. Very spacious for 9 of us. Nothing was too much trouble for Andrew or Wilfredo. The pool was wonderful, very cooling in the heat. Good advice provided in relation to eating locally and a great tip about Greens supermarket deliveries!

We recently stayed at this villa/bungalow for 11nights. The property had everything we needed for a fabulous stay. Very spacious with an open plan kitchen/living area. Great games room and spacious bedrooms. Fab views from the house and pool area looking out to sea. Nothing was to much trouble for the hosts. Some great trails in close proximity and a good taxi service if wanting to venture further afield at a reasonable price. We would recommend this property.

Great week in this lovely villa

Had a great stay here for a week when coming to Malta for a wedding. Villa had everything we needed and more. Loads of space and activities to do. 10 min walk to the water park. Kids loved the pool. Few issues. Parts of the ceiling did fall down ina bedroom but host got it cleaned up right away. And there was a problem with the en-suite toilet on the last night. Did keep getting reminded about electric and water usage which was odd when you’ve have paid thousands and the villa was half empty for half of the week.

Wedding anniversary celebration

A most welcoming host; Andrew and his assistant Wilfredo were waiting for our arrival, a very good briefing on the Villa and the amenities was given along with an easy contact route if needed. The rooms were all very good and the bedrooms setup to match our specific requirements. We really enjoyed the pool and the outside patio. The Children (and some adults!) enjoyed the games room. Amazing Luxury Villa

We hired the villa for a week to celebrate my 60th birthday with my husband, 4 adult children and their partners. It is really true-the photos do not do this villa justice. Five marvellous bedrooms including one master en suite- best bedroom I’ve ever stayed in. Quality of linen and towels superb. 3 further bathrooms including the separate walk in pool shower and a further toilet. The 2 downstairs bedrooms are equally beautiful - with daylight through clever roof windows. The pool, grounds and outside seating is nicely equipped with plenty of choice for sun and shade. Nice cushioned chairs and sun beds. BBQ new. The whole house including the kitchen has everything you could possibly need- so good we chose to eat in about 5 nights out of the 7 enjoying entertaining as a family Andrew and his housekeeper were on hand to explain the set up and actively helped the holiday run smoothly from a housekeeping view. From the initial booking till leaving the communication and checking in was great. Although Andrew lives below the villa in a completely separate accommodation we never felt intruded upon in any way. The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. There is parking for one vehicle within the gates and plenty on the road outside. There is some building work next to and in front of the building- a little noisy in the morning but it didn’t get my kids up before 9! We didn’t notice it too much and it certainly didn’t spoil our stay. AMAZING! .

Spacious and relaxing

Thank you Andrew for being a great host. The house was clean, spacious and well equipped. The pool was nice and deep and a great size for our family to enjoy together. With a variety of ages, we were able to each have our own space with several activities enjoyed all at the same time. Thanks for having us, we’d love to come back again.

Villa with a view

We had a fantastic weeks stay at this villa, Andrew couldn’t have been more helpful. The view from the property was amazing and the amenities were extremely good, with the added bonus of a basketball net which we weren’t aware of until we arrived. We all had a lovely holiday. We would highly recommend this villa to everyone.

Beautiful Villa

We had a wonderful fortnight here! The villa is spacious and modern; the outside area beautiful with a fabulous pool and amazing views. It was close enough to local supermarkets to make shopping easy with a hired car. The local beach was within walking distance and towns a short cab ride away. There is a lot of local building being done but this didn't really disturb us at all. Thoroughly recommended!

Great Stay

We had a great few days at the villa, as a few other people have mentioned the pictures don't really do the place justice. Perfect amount of space for larger groups and a very good sized pool. Worth noting there is a lot of construction going on in the neighbourhood at present, might be worth packing ear plugs if you're a light sleeper who likes a lie in. Thanks Andrew for a great stay.

Excellent property

The check in and out were straightforward and the owner was helpful. The villa was clean except for the pool which wasn't cleaned whilst we were there. The only gripe our group had was the lack of toiletries and cleaning products. We had 5 dishwasher tablets for 7 days. We were also charged for coffee and water which seems a bit stingy considering we paid £400 per night to stay there! Other than a few water issues, we had a lovely stay and would recommend the villa.

What a fantastic find!

What a brilliant place to stay! I thoroughly recommend this villa. Everything was spotlessly clean and we were supplied with everything we needed. A perfect place for our few days away as a group of friends looking for some sunshine, relaxation and some culture thrown in. Perfect for families too. Amazing views, well located.......we made good use of the frequent and cheap buses, but taxis were also readily available......the only suggestion being to put in the location of the property as P & A Sullivan, as the name of the house doesn't pinpoint the location. A short drive from a main supermarket, but the mini mart in the village...10 mins walk was also well stocked. A half hour ride from the lovely and vibrant city of Valetta and other towns and locations. We did a fantastic boat trip to the neighbouring island of Gozo via the Blue Lagoon for swimming from the boat....excellent value for money. Andrew was the perfect host....nothing was too much trouble and he gave us some good recommendations for restaurants etc. Also visited Mdina....ancient walled city.....so beautiful. Overall 5 stars. Thanks so much.

Above expectations

Where to start. Great comms with Andrew and his daughter Luisa. Went out of their way to help. We had a wedding in Malta and the villa was a perfect base for us. We had a maximum of 10 staying but the villa will accommodate a few more if necessary. The space is just perfect. Kitchen, dining, living space all ample. The pool is great, really deep and cleaned every Tuesday. Outdoor area great and a bbq to use if you require. Fantastic view. Games wise they have a new pool table and a table tennis table amongst other bits and bobs. Small tip here, don’t go shopping until you have seen what the last guests left over! We bought so much stuff that was already there. Andrew also supplies a welcome pack for when you arrive. Bit tricky to find as the sat nav somehow doesn’t get you to the door but will get you near enough. Overall a fab property, we would definitely rent this villa on a return to beautiful Malta.
