Hello everybody,

our beach house is in Nea Kallikratia, Chalkidiki, 38 km away from Thessaloniki Airport. It is two-story. in the
lower floor is a very spacious kitchen, the living and dining area and the bathroom. There are two on the second floor
Bedroom equipped with 3 double beds, 1 sofa bed and a toilet.
In addition, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV with satellite reception.
The house is located on a very quiet side street with little traffic and is ideal for families with children!
The fine sandy, organized beach is just 500 meters away on foot. Here you will find two of the hippest beach bars from Thessaloniki Crystel Life and SAHARA Resort.

Our service includes 3 bicycles, 1 children's bike, 4 sun loungers and 4 parasols, which you can use free of charge. Our organized airport transfer will be happy to pick you up from the airport and bring you back again.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Néas Kallikráteias Beach. Enjoy features like breakfast (surcharge) and laundry facilities. The holiday home offers a kitchen and a fireplace.
