Comfortable beds and clean linen. Loved the welcome pack for our dog. A room without a carpet would feel more hygienic as carpet felt a little dated and not particularly clean. Other than that a great stay. Polite and curtious staff. Breakfast was also plentiful and a good selection on offer. We would happily stay again.

Lovely hotel that offered exactly what we needed.

Great hotel at a reasonable price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, lots of options hot or cold. Sofa bed was a little on the small side for our teens to share but for one night it did the job. Room was clean and quiet. Easy drive in to Swansea the next day for our graduation event. Really pleased with our stay here.

This is the second time we have used this hotel and we will return. The hotel is on the outskirts of Swansea but it is easy to access the city. The room and ensuite are in good condition and clean and comfy. Breakfast is included in the price and there is a reasonabe choice of food available. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Shane in particular was extremely helpful i giving us information restaurants in the city

The room was as expected from this class of hotel. Only real issue was that the lift was not working during our stay so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs.

Warm welcome, very friendly, no issues with booking in to checkout. Very friendly and cheerful staff. Very nice manager, my dog Luna was very welcome and very spoilt lol.
