Everything about this house was excellent. It was clean, comfortable, roomy, had ample kitchen tools, and the view was awesome! It’s a short walk down stairs to the beach. We really enjoyed our four nights here!

Our stay was amazing in Azzura . The house has stunning views from the moment you open the front door . Outdoor balconys had more than enough area to enjoy the views with a quiet drink.Beautifully decorated home and extremely comfortable beds .Kitchen had all utensils and extras required for our stay . Easy checkin and a lovely gift from the host .We all loved our stay and would love to stay again .

Very beautiful house, right on the beach. Shout out to the cleaners, because the house was spotless! The cleanest house I have ever stayed at. Beautiful path along the beach a short distance to the Town. 3 living areas,5 beds, great for a huge family or two. Azzura was our favorite by far!

Perfect family getaway!

The house was immaculate with plenty of space to accommodate our family including a separate downstairs area which meant the grandparents could also find some peace from the little ones! The house was stunning with beautiful views and easy (albeit steep) access to the beach, playground and walkway to the town centre. We had a great stay thank you.

Family getaway

This house is amazing! Well equipped for gatherings and the location is number one! Everyone was in awe of the view and access to the beach. The oldies slept in the 3 bedrooms upstairs and the younger ones had their own quarters downstairs . Cannot fault anything, will definitely come back and stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: My group of 9 had a wonderful 3 night stay at this "little piece of paradise" home.It's location was perfect, just a 15 minute stroll into Nelson Bay.It was very clean and tidy, well appointed and well laid out ... lots of bathrooms which is an added bonus.The view is phenomenal and we enjoyed sitting out on the verandah relaxing with a nice glass of wine.All the little extra touches did not go unnoticed and were appreciated.We definitely recommend this property and recommend booking through 'Stay Port Stephens', nothing was a problem.

Our family of 10 really enjoyed our stay at Azzurra. The property is very well maintained, very clean and is in an exceptional location. The path to the beach is right beside the house and very convenient, although is quite steep with lots of steps. Even though the property provides a dryer it still needs some type of clothes line or drying rack provided. There was a basket of pegs but we could not locate a line anywhere. The only negative was regarding the rubbish bins not being collected. We arrived on the Monday to 2 full recycling bins and 1 full red general rubbish bin, which smelt disgusting and already had maggots. We waited until Wednesday morning for these to be emptied before following up with the property agents. Apparently they get emptied on Monday. We were told by the agent someone would be sent out to clear the rubbish, however only the 2 recycling bins were emptied. They left the maggot infested bin behind. This meant windows at the front of the house, kitchen and 1 bedroom, had to be closed all the time due to the smell. I messaged the agent again but did not get a response. This was disappointing and I am assuming guests arriving after we left on the Friday had to put up with this too.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Azzurra was the perfect accommodation for us with six adults and there were still wonderfully appointed bedrooms to spare! The living spaces were large with plenty of choice to escape if anyone needed a bit of private time. The property was spotless, and the furniture, accessories and appliances were good quality. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need including large serving platters which we found very useful. There were multiple options for dining, with a large kitchen island, a large dining table and outside tables on both decks. The outside decking spaces were large, the lower one was enormous. Both took advantage of the beautiful water view. We felt we were among the tree tops often visited by kookaburras and other beautiful birds. The direct beach access was a bonus. The property is a short drive from shops and cafes. All in all a perfect spot for a holiday for up to 10 people. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

Easter Long weekend at Azzurra

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house , its layout and location. We were fortunate to have great weather and the views from both decks are fabulous. Great open plan living with undercover decks where you can enjoy a BBQ and admire the sweeping views.There is plenty to explore at Nelson Bay with playground equipment for kids and lovely coastal walks and easy beach access. Cafe's and restaurants are only a few minutes away by car. There is easy access to Duchy's beach below the property.The only concerns were the TV's and only 6 standard size wine glasses. I think for a 5 bedroom house you need more standard size wine glasses. After 2 days one TV broke down and there was a problem with the remote on the other TV and picture was not great. These are not big issues and I'm sure can be rectified by the owner. A great place to stay and would recommend it to families.

We had a lovely 2-night stay in Nelson Bay. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Great location, close to shops, cafes, golf course and the beach. Communication was easy and check-in was smooth. Would happily stay again!
