Newly renovated apartment on the fourth floor with elevator and with wonderful sea views. It is located just a few meters from Carabeillo beach and just a few minutes walk from the Balcón de Europa. The apartment has air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room. It has a brand new, open plan kitchen, 2 shower rooms and new floors throughout. The apartment consists of: fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, tableware and crockery, a spacious and bright living-room with table and four chairs in addition to a 3 seater sofa and an armchair, as well as TV with Spanish and non Spanish channels. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom two single beds, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There are 2 shower rooms. From the living room and the master bedroom there is a large South facing terrace and very nice views to the sea as well as to urbanization and its gardens and swimming pool.
