A spacious terrace surrounds the villa, and the private swimming pool (6.5 x 4 m, depth up to 1.8 m) provides welcome refreshment on warm days and plenty of fun for children. A charming covered arched terrace stretches across the front of the house, while at the rear you will find a barbecue with seating area, perfect for enjoying al fresco dinners in the evening. The kitchen, separated from the living area by an American bar, is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a four-ring vitroceramic hob, fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and a full range of kitchen utensils.



There are three comfortable bedrooms—one double and two twin rooms—along with a complete shower room featuring a washbasin and WC.
