In a quiet location on the edge of a park, a separate holiday apartment for up to 4 adults and 1 baby is located on the upper floor of a commercial building. Access is via a shared staircase. The apartment is particularly suitable for business travellers/fitters, but can also be used as holiday accommodation, as the business activities of the small craft business are limited directly on the premises. Supermarkets and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, and the old town and the beautiful harbour of Neustrelitz are approx. 2 km away. The approx. 55 square metre, centrally heated, non-smoking flat was extended in 2022 and has a large combined living room/bedroom (seating area with couch and armchairs, flat-screen TV, radio, two single beds), a separate bedroom (2 single beds, can be joined together), a separate kitchen (dining table, electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, kettle) and a spacious bathroom (floor-level shower, WC, hairdryer) with two entrances (each from both bedrooms). ). Parking spaces, bicycle storage, free WLAN, a cot and a washing machine (shared use for a fee) are also available. The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy consumption, bed linen and towels. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.



The residential town of Neustrelitz is located in the centre of the Mecklenburg Kleinseen landscape. The town is surrounded by the Müritz National Park and the forests and lakes of the Feldberg Lake District. The region is ideal for hiking or cycling tours in unspoilt nature. The area is also a popular destination for water hikers, as the town can also be reached via the Havel and several lakes. In Neustrelitz itself, the Zierker See and Glambecker See lakes are centres of attraction for water sports enthusiasts and anglers. The town is also the cultural centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District thanks to its diverse events, exhibitions (e.g. in the new Kulturquartier) and theatre and dance performances. Architecturally, the historic palace park with the Louisentempel, the Schlosskirsche and the Orangerie are particular attractions. Neustrelitz has various cafés, restaurants and shops as well as a zoo with over 400 animals. The town harbour on Zierker See has boat hire and moorings and invites you to take a long stroll with its charming restaurants in the elaborately converted former granaries.
