First room smelled like an ash tray even tho it’s a non smoking hotel. The second room smelled muggy almost like moldy. The tile wasn’t cleaned right. My stay was horrible, but I needed the room since everything was sold out in gown due to a cheer competition.

There were som initial growing pains with the new system being implemented, but they were generous and complemented breakfast. Fixed every issue expeditiously, with friendly front counter staff. Restaurant food was delicious and fresh. Good menu options to choose from. Only issue was the restaurant waitress at breakfast. Took at least 10 min to get our drink order, spent another 10 min on her phone prior to bringing our drinks.
