I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The biggest issue was finding cockroaches in my room — completely unacceptable for any establishment, let alone one charging guests at this rate. It made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe during my entire stay. The room was not properly cleaned, and the staff’s response to the issue was dismissive and unhelpful. Clearly, there are serious hygiene and maintenance problems here. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

I have terrible experience the worst ever have, very dirty sheets with stains bathroom with hair and insects, cockroche, spiders.An insect crawl on my face and the for my arm at time i wake up screaming to my husband and I couldn't sleep all night it was a nightmare. You get what you pay for. Not a bad property but it’s old and not clean. The bathtub in particular was extremely dirty. Lots of old grime and mold. The walls and doors are very dirty. The key cards don’t work half of the time. The a/c never gets the room completely cooled down. It worked fine to lay your head down at night but the pillows were lumpy. Breakfast was lacking but it was decent enough. Again, for what we paid, it did the trick. I wouldn’t stay here again though.

This La Quinta needs a face lift. It is run down both inside and outside. There were insects on the walls. Cobwebs in every ceiling corner with insects in them. I like staying at La Quinta hotels but after this experience, I might have to rethink that idea.

Even thou requested non smoking room. People outside the room smoked and obviously the smoke got inside the room with a no desirable odors inside the room. The room was old and everything inside was the same, dirty bathroom l, sink and bathtub. Ee were not able to take a shower because of it. The beds were horrible hard and noisy. The lighting was obsolete and lamps did not work. We used anyway sin e we stayed only 1 night, please doesn't deserve a second chance. Toilet and plumbing was horrible as well and so noisy. Will never stay here ever again

The stay was excellent. The room and bathroom were very clean upon arrival and had been cleaned on the day after. The bed and pillows were just fine. I brought my own stacks and the frige worked well.

For breakfast they have eggs and link sausage. There is a pancake maker, and the rest is basic. I only choose the building across the parking lot bc they are inside entrances. Those rooms only have double beds. They are very comfortable. The rooms are always clean. This is my 2nd time staying in the building across the parking lot. If you need a larger bed those are outside opening rooms kinda like motels.

The first room they gave me was 30 and smiling, so I went back to the front and asked for another one. The second one was not as good, but we decided to stay because most of the times you don’t get your refund. So I went ahead and book another night at the Fairfield. Much better.
