Family vacation - this condo was the perfect size for our family of four. The location was great, we were in town to visit Schlitterbahn water park. While it is within walking distance, we chose to drive the parks. Great communication with property manager, no issues with check in/out or the property at all. Would stay again

Dirty bed sheets

Overall, this is a nice property with access to the river and a nice pool. Unfortunately, the king bed was not cleaned. It was made up, but the sheets and pillowcases were obviously dirty. This was very disappointing as I did not realize this until it was past bedtime for my small children that were sleeping with me in the bed. The owner was kind and quick to respond, but there was not an immediate solution as there were no other clean king size sheets available. I fully understand this is the cleaner's misdoing and not the owner's fault, but like I said, it was disappointing to have to deal with that. When you are paying so much to stay here, you at least expect a clean bed.

Family vacation

We loved our stay here. The property was quite possibly the cleanest vrbo that we have ever stayed at. Our favorite thing to do here at the end of the day was to plunk our chairs in the river and watch our boys enjoy the water. I will rent from these owners again at any of their locations!

Perfect Place For Family Get Away

We have a family of 6 (4 kids under the ages of 7) and we had a great time. The communication was clear, excellent, and very helpful. The apartment was clean and in a GREAT location with river access, and a pool with 2 hot tubs. Schlitterbahn was almost walking distance as was the center of town. Highly recommend this location especially for families!

Trip for a wedding at Canyon Lake

Our stay was great. Beds were very comfortable and the facility was clean and quiet. The temperature was at 86 degrees when we arrived. HOT!! The neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy though. Also, I’m not quite sure what the role of the security guards was. We saw them sitting in their car 90% of the time rather than walking the property.

Clean property with large private park

Property was spotlessly clean. The large private park was a big plus. There's also a large 2nd floor patio with trees providing lots of shade. Really pretty view.

Labor Day weekend

Stayed here Labor Day weekend! The home itself was up to date, was able to stay cool the entire trip and had all the amenities we needed! Plenty of towels, had beach towels as well, electric grill, floats and great access to the river! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to other people!

Feels like home

The 2 bedrooms were very spacious with 2 bathrooms. The living space was beautiful and felt like home. Also loved the view from the balcony. Plenty of room for guests to come visit. I highly recommend this place!

The description, location, and conveniences described in the listing were accurate and not missleading in any way. The property was only a few blocks from the Schlitterbahn water parks entrances, as well as several river tubing facilities. Enjoyed our stay.

River Access!!

Love this place!! The unit we rented is on the 2nd floor. The elevator is at the end of the building next to it. Very easy to access it. The owner was easy to contact with any issues and responds very quickly with a logical solution. It has a beautiful view of the green property and one of the pools. There are 5 or 6 towels for the pool.The river access to this unit is great! Just walk up to Peace Street with your tubes (you need to bring your own) and jump in, float down to the stairs get out and do it again. Or stay in the water near the "get out" point and enjoy a cool river on a hot day. We will definitely be back!

Great stay!!

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay and would stay here again! The condo was clean, in a fantastic location, quiet and roomy! The back patio was perfect for a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail. Right by Schlitterbahn and close to all the tube rentals! The owners stayed in touch, checked on us and made the check in and out process very easy. We truly enjoyed our visit!

Great location in town

This is a nice property for a New Braunfels stay. Close to everything, clean and well stocked. We had one major issue that couldn't be fixed while we were there. Just an FYI - The pools are really hot in the summer so not very refreshing but they are probably great in winter months.

NB Stay

We stayed at this condo for the weekend before the Fourth of July. Location is great! We had an extremely hard time finding parking at Schlitterbahn and decided just to walk from the condo. The walk took less than 15 minutes and was just down the street from where the condo was! The River access in the back of the condo was private and secluded and we enjoyed lounging out there. Grilling is conveniently located right outside the condo to the back and the elevator access definitely was useful. Would highly recommend this place!

Great time!

Very clean and spacious condo. Very large balcony. Everything that you need to enjoy your stay is provided. We walked about 3/4 of a mile with our tubes and floated the river for about 1.5 hours multiple times at no cost. We drove about 15 minutes to downtown Gruene and about 45 minutes to San Antonio on two of our days. There is a cool little piano bar about 10 mins away and Schlitterbahn Waterpark is about 5 mins away. Overall, great location and we will stay there again next Summer.

Weekend Fun In New Braunfels!

Loved staying at the condo. We loved the distance to the center of town and everything around it including the park, children's museum and stuff to do with the family. My kids loved the swimming pool and seeing deer up close around there. The check-in was super easy and talking to the property manager was just a text away and they were super fast with a reply. I will definitely be booking here in the future, hopefully in the fall.

Weekend Get Away

Great location for a long weekend in New Braunfels. Two bedrooms and two baths suited my family perfectly. Love being on the banks of the river with a great patio. During high season, I can see how this property could be very busy, but it was super quiet during our stay in mid-April. Will come again!
