Older exterior style motel - outside entry to all rooms. Extremely well maintained and convenient. Appeared freshly remodelled and comfortable. Would stay here again.

The photos are deceiving as they aho the renovations from years ago. The place had not been kept up. We found a dirty rag in the room, there was dirt and hair throughout. There was mold in one of the mugs and in the shower, water damage in spots, and it smelled very musty. The pool heater was off until we asked to use it, did not heat up before the end of the night. The breakfast was ok, on the lower end of a continental breakfast.

Not a bad spot

The room was clean and had all the things we needed. There is a pool but it closes at dusk so we were unable to use it. The breakfast is mostly cold but did have warm boiled eggs. There is a gas station and Tim Hortons across the street. Facecloths are available at the front desk.

It exceeded expectations. It was a quaint memorable stop on a long journey and was the best kept, nostalgic type motel I have experienced. In a world of basic "included with your stay' breakfast, they did a great job at making the breakfast environment three steps above all others. Our only complaint on the stop was that the bathroom light (which shared an automatic sensor switch with the bathroom fan) turned on several times that night. The first time was at 1am and I actually jumped out of bed looking for an intruder LOL Shutting the bathroom door solved the problem. FYI: we were in room 123 We would absolutely stay there again on NS swing. Thank You Willow Bend Motel Keep it up
