My room was clean other than the drawer by the bed would not open. I had one drawer stayed open the whole time. The pool should’ve been a little bit heated. The water was too cold. Couldn’t enjoy the pool. Was there for three days the maid never came to get us clean towels so I had to find to get clean towels each day.

The hotel was clean, room was spacious, bed was comfortable but other guests did not respect the ‘quiet time’ at all. It was so noisy, you can hear every cough, every movement from rooms nearby. It was disturbing hearing people having s*x (5am and then at 11am) and I had young children trying to sleep.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Shelton, CT. The hotel was clean and modern, the room was very spacious, and the staff were always polite and helpful. There was a heated pool and a fitness room that you could use for free. The free buffet breakfast every morning was delicious and very filling. The only issue I had was that there was no safe in the room which meant I had to lock my valuables away in my suitcase when I was out, but apart from that, I enjoyed my stay, and I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great , the staffs was excellent. We were in room 327 and the sink is backing up needs to be cleaned. We love staying there . Thanks for having a healthy breakfast oatmeal, Avacado and banana great job .
