Honest traveler

Very basic, im not a fan of the cow throw pillows on the bed because clearly you cannot change the covers on them after each stay. The bed pillows were very flat as well. Overall the room was clean, there were 2 bottles of water and a cute little coffee maker. Parking was impossible because of the restaurant but we found a spot in about 10 minutes. At 7:30pm when i virtually checked in,i received an email saying my room wasnt ready. I called though and the woman pushed it through and sent me a code to a room, she was very nice. For a 1 night stay it really isnt bad but i wouldnt stay longer.

Clean but very basic.

I knew when I booked that it would be pretty basic but it was very convenient to the highway we would be arriving on. However, while clean, the room was small & sparse. 2 bottles of water, no refrig, & the smallest “coffee maker” I’ve seen. There were 2 Nespresso decaf inserts that yielded 1/2 cup of weak brew. There was no place to sit except the bed. I hardly ever write a review but I thought it was important for travelers to know the convenience of this place comes with trade-offs. I recommend the management leaves a short description of the area & how to find coffee shops, dining, etc. It’s in a lovely green area but the closest restaurant or shop is 2 miles away. It would have been nice, since there are no people available to help us, to have had a welcoming note with tips about the area.

The hotel shares parking with a very popular restaurant. There were no parking spaces available to some hotel guests on Saturday night. The hotel touts itself as contact less; no staff on site. An alarm went off while I was there. What are you supposed to do? The hot water was dangerously hot and shot out of the faucet like a geyser. Yikes! But the place is clean and convenient.

This contactless hotel aren't early check in friendly, so if trying for that, expect to pay top dollar, even if you have stayed at their properties multiple times like we have. Zero customer service, just money driven.

Ok for short trip but wouldn’t stay long.

Good location but room needed improved lighting and you shouldn’t have to worry about shower steam setting off an alarm. We had 4 people to a two queen room but only towels for 3.

VERY BAD CHECK IN PROCESS!!

The contactless check in was beyond horrible. It took over 1/2 hour to check in after being asked to respond to text messages that took forever to come through. I had to finally complete the check in after 3 phone calls to the number they had listed. To make matters worse, after I got checked in had dinner and was back in my room about to go to seep, someone was attempting to use my door keypad to get into my room. I could here the guy on the phone saying to the same person I dealt with earlier that he was at his room and could not get in. I opened the door and the person trying to get into my room showed me on his phone that his text message showed my exact room number was his room. At that point the guy on phone told him his room was actually a different number and the text was wrong. VERY BAD CHECK IN PROCESS!!
