They put us in a room that was directly across from a nightclub. The window in our room did not close properly, and so we could hear the music like we were in the nightclub ourselves. It kept us up until one in the morning, my daughter was dancing along to the songs and could clearly hear every word that DJ was saying. When we mentioned this to the receptionist the next morning, she said oh normally when I check people and I don’t put people there because it’s so loud and then continue to look at her phone.

Perfect location, wish they had a restaurant on site, but it’s exactly what you need if you want to be in walking distance of some fantastic downtown New Haven restaurants, stores and hospitals (should one be visiting a patient at Yale New Haven). Higher floors have a great view!

It was just fine a stay. There were a couple tiny annoyances...almost not worth noting. One structural concern: the bathroom faucet did not clear the mirror frame, so that was awkward maneuvering. Other than those, it was kool. I didn't know there was a breakfast available. That was not made clear. So for us there was none.
