The manager of the hotel was extremely helpful and got us checked in early upon request, which was super helpful for the wedding we had to make it to. I do wish there was a complimentary breakfast for the high price we had to pay for our one night stay, and the walls of our room were paper thin, but otherwise 10/10 experience. Would come back in the future.

I love it here. Im a solo traveler. The location is great. Youre able to walk to everything. Its located in the heart of downtown. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Its a great vibe. Will definitely be back...thank you so much for everything!!

We stayed at the New Haven Hotel while moving our son into Yale, and it couldn’t have been more convenient. The location made getting to campus easy, and the staff was welcoming and helpful during a busy time. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet—just what we needed after long days. We really appreciated the ease and comfort the hotel provided throughout our stay.

We stopped for 1 night on our way from NYC to Cape Cod. It was a lovely stay, staff were really nice however, at 5.55am the radio alarm woke us all up. Not ideal with small children.

Great place to stay! The hotel is in a convenient location, very clean, and well maintained. The only surprise was that the beds weren’t made during daily room cleaning, which we hadn’t experienced at other hotels before. Not a major issue, though. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
