Cleaning ladies did their best but property really isn’t up to snuff; old and work out outlets and shower has been patched up somehow; no ventilation in bathrooms or options to air room out for an extended stay. Probably won’t be returning sadly;

When we first arrived we noticed that the mini fridge in our room was broken. We called down to the front desk and we were told someone would come up in 10-15 minutes to look at it. They didn’t arrive for 35 minutes and we received no updates as to when they would come. We ended up needing to have the whole thing replaced, as it was broken, and we were told the replacement would come up right away but again, we ended up waiting for half an hour. They didn’t set a realistic expectation of how long it would take and they didn’t update us so we could change our plans accordingly. We also found a blood stain on our bed sheets.

We stayed here in July and August. In July they had no coffee for the in-room coffee makers. In August, they *still* had no coffee for their in-room coffee makers. What is up with that? The people were nice but this is basic customer service.
