This was a girl's trip, for one of my girlfriends and I going on a cruise. It was a pre-cruise stay, before our cruise. The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The only downside was they ran out of food at breakfast before it was over. They need more luggage racks to assist taking your luggage to your room. But overall, it was a great stay.

There is no shuttle to this hotel from the airport, even though it is right across from the convention center. There is extremely limited shuttle service to the cruise ship ports. We stood in line for an hour and still ended up not getting a shuttle slot. There was no food available on property.

It wasn’t the properties fault but there were a pack of little girls running up and down the halls banging on our door. We talked with front staff and they asked them to be quiet and it was better after that. We were not able to get the room we wanted due to the receptionist not understanding. Not many places to park but there is a parking lot on the south side for $20 a night with 24 hour security. The valet parking was not great as there were tons of people waiting for a long time to get their vehicles.
