We only had a couple of issues as follows: 1. When they took our car to valet, I had accidentally left a cup sitting near the gear shift and they didn't move it so that it wouldn't fall. So therefore, it fell and spilt all in my floor. 2. We got there after 3 and our room was not ready. But my husband questioned them and they moved us to a different room.

Rude staff, was told that they didnt have the room that we booked when we arrived. Given a different room. Terrible water pressure in shower. Had to use a hair clip to get the drain open and draining, refrigerator was not cold. Was told that it really isn't a refrigerator but a "cooler" and that it was working fine.
